Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduated from Nazareth College in 2013. Native to Penfield, NY, has worked after graduation in Baltimore, MD and Fairmont, WV. While in WV started Muscle Up inside of CrossFit Intense and moved it back to her hometown in 2018 inside of CrossFit Ambition and Perform Athletix.

Other certifications include Graston Technique certified (GTC), and CrossFit Level 2 coach.

Personal athletic achievements: participated in multiple sports growing up, but focused on field hockey throughout high school and college as a goalkeeper and earned national recognition, after graduating from field hockey found CrossFit and became a coach and competed in amateur competitions, spent time training for powerlifting and competed in 3 meets, and prepped and competed in 3 natural bodybuilding shows in figure and physique divisions.

Now a mom and happy to move and try to keep fitness a priority to stay strong!
